Job summary

KPMG China in Kraków seeks a Solution Enabler in Organisation and Talent Development to drive planning, implementation and data analytics for talent projects. You will help run workshops, report on KPIs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing resources and coordinating with stakeholders.

The role sits in the People Team’s Organisation and Talent Development group, reporting to Solution Owners, and offering cross‑functional collaboration across teams in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organisation psychology, human resources, organisational development or related field.
• Strong project management and project execution skills, including work planning, reporting, risk and issue resolution, budget management, etc.
• Prior experience in large MNCs, with experience in education, talent development, change management and culture transformation preferred.
• Strong client service orientation – attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Owners in the project management and execution of solutions
• Present metrics/KPIs in a user-friendly way to Solution Owners and Solution Directors and suggest enhancements
• Timely update the project plan, flag to Solution Owners for any potential risks, suggesting solutions where possible
• Execute multiple projects and deliver high quality services on time and within budget
• Maintain collaborative relationships across different teams and build internal networks

Solution Enabler, Organisation and Talent Development

The main role of Solution Enabler is to enable the successful execution and delivery of talent and performance solutions. This role will be responsible for the planning, implementation and data analytics of talent and performance solution projects, including setting‑up and producing workshops both physically and virtually, following up on post‑solution user interactions and reporting. The role sits within Organisation and Talent Development, which forms part of the People Team and will report to Solution Owners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Solution Owners in the project management and execution of solutions
• Present metrics/KPIs in a user‑friendly way to Solution Owners and Solution Directors and suggest enhancements
• Timely update the project plan, flag to Solution Owners for any potential risks, suggesting solutions where possible
• Execute multiple projects and deliver high quality services on time and within budget (of all resources including monetary, time, human resources)
• Maintain collaborative relationships across different teams and build internal networks

Competencies and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in organisation psychology, human resources, organisational development or related field
• Strong project management and project execution skills, including work planning, reporting, risk and issue resolution, budget management, etc.
• Prior experience in large MNCs, with experience in education, talent development, change management and culture transformation preferred
• Strong client service orientation – i.e. attention to detail, able to anticipate client needs, strive for excellence in quality of deliverables
• Strong data & analytics skills. Proficient in visualisation tool, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc. is an advantage
