A global consulting firm in Kraków is seeking experienced professionals in the Technology Consulting team. This role is integral in advising clients on transformational changes within Information and Operational Technology. Responsibilities include designing and managing governance structures for projects, solving complex business and technology issues, and leading transformation programmes. The Technology Consulting team collaborates with some of the world’s best‑known domestic and global financial institutions, broker‑dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management, and insurance companies. You will be part of a team that is focused on advising and supporting our clients in driving transformational changes within the Information and Operational Technology space.

Your key responsibilities

• Designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar organizational governance structure involving multiple, related projects and/or initiatives
• Be a member / manage transformation programmes and projects and deliver them according to agreed time, cost and quality within appropriate governance frameworks
• Design and deliver IT Operating Model as a result of transformation initiatives
• Design IT Architecture based on recognized frameworks (i.e. TOGAF)
• Solve business and technology issues through collaboration and teaming
• Manage business (Client) stakeholders

Your background

• Experience in working as Project/Program Manager and/or working in a Project Management Office (PMO) and implementation of project governance
• Experience working in Global Business Services is a plus
• Expertise in IT Service Management processes (based on ITIL framework)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification
• Minimum ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Proven experience in IT Service Delivery / Service Strategy
