Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant in Poland to design and deliver medium to complex ServiceNow solutions. You will work with the sales team and clients to translate business needs into technical architectures, configurations, and integrations. The role requires hands-on configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of ServiceNow modules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow configuration, administration, and support.
• Knowledge of at least two of: ServiceNow AI Agents, CSM, Data Foundation (CMDB & CSDM), GRC, TPRM, HRSD, IRM, ITSM, Platform Administration, System Administration, VR.

Responsibilities

• Design medium to complex architectures and solutions for customers.
• Provide technical advice to sales, managers and colleagues as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and project artifacts.
• Support integration and lifecycle activities for modules and products.
