Qualifications

• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including platform configuration, administration, and support.
• Knowledge of two of the following areas: ServiceNow AI Agents, CSM, CMDB/CSDM, GRC, TPRM, HRSD, IRM, ITSM, Platform Administration, System Administration, VR.

Responsibilities

• Designs, creates, tests and documents new and amended programs from specifications.
• Provides maintenance and support services to users or service delivery functions.
• Develops, tests and maintains modules and products within scope, following standards and timelines.
• Creates technical documentation and manuals for realized modules and products.
