Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture and standardization of the platform across the enterprise IT landscape. You will shape cross-module solutions and drive best practices, including GenAI and automation considerations.

The role emphasizes security, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect. Hybrid work in Poland with Polish language proficiency required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow (architecture / development / implementations).
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA preferred; experience in regulated environments.
• Experience designing secure integrations for high-compliance organizations.
• Very good command of English (B2).
• Hybrid work in Poland: Warsaw-area in-office 3 days/week; others 1 day/week; fluent in Polish.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the architecture of the ServiceNow platform in line with business strategy.
• Design scalable ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and documentation; support delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect on governance and security.
• Build cohesive ITSM model and optimize processes through automation.

Job description

Join the project being implemented for the financial industry. The goal is to develop and standardize the ServiceNow platform on an enterprise scale, with a focus on architecture, security, and regulatory compliance. The role involves designing cross-module solutions and defining standards and best practices. The most exciting aspect of the project is the opportunity to shape the global architecture of ServiceNow, including the use of AI (GenAI) and automation.

Your tasks

• Defining and developing the architecture of the ServiceNow platform in line with business strategy
• Designing scalable solutions including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations
• Establishing architectural standards, patterns, and documentation, and supporting teams in delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders (Platform Owner, Product Owner, Enterprise Architect) on governance and security
• Building a cohesive ITSM model and optimizing processes through automation

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in the ServiceNow area (architecture / development / implementations)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA preferred) and experience working in a regulated environment
• Experience in designing secure integrations and solutions for organizations with high compliance requirements
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: people from Warsaw at least 3 days a week from the office, those from outside Warsaw at least 1 day a week
• Required to be located in Poland and fluent in Polish
