Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join the ServiceNow Competency Center and deliver scalable, multi-module solutions for clients across Europe and the United States.

You will design architectures, support offers and estimations, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful ITSM/ITOM deployments while maintaining high standards of documentation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in ITSM tools implementation consulting.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Solid ITIL knowledge.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Join the Sii ServiceNow Competency Center and become part of a team delivering solutions for clients across Europe and the United States. We focus on enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding ServiceNow usage within organizations. In this role, you will contribute to designing and evolving scalable solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. Your tasks

• Proven hands‑on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Well‑developed analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
