Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. The role focuses on architecture, risk reporting, and stakeholder collaboration within a diverse European and US client base.

You will lead design efforts, contribute to technical offers, and guide project estimations while advancing ServiceNow practice maturity. This position requires residing in Poland and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Proven hands‑on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs.
• Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations.
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions.
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects.
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy.

Join the Sii ServiceNow Competency Center and become part of a team delivering solutions for clients across Europe and the United States. We focus on enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding ServiceNow usage within organizations. In this role, you will contribute to designing and evolving scalable solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. Your tasks

• Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs
• Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role
• Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products
• Proven hands‑on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Well‑developed analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
