Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to shape the global ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC, and integrations, focusing on security and regulatory compliance.

You will design scalable cross-module solutions, set standards, and work with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect; hybrid work with office presence in Poland, including Warsaw residents 3 days per week and others at least 1 day weekly.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of ServiceNow experience (architecture / development / implementations).
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA is a plus) and work in a regulated environment.
• Experience designing secure integrations and solutions for high-compliance environments.
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 3 days/week in Warsaw office, 1 day/week otherwise.
• Located in Poland and fluent in Polish.

• Building a consistent ITSM model and optimizing processes through automation.

Join a project for the financial sector. The goal is to develop and standardize the ServiceNow platform enterprise-wide, focusing on architecture, security, and regulatory compliance. The role involves designing cross-module solutions and defining standards and best practices. The most exciting aspect of the project is the opportunity to shape the global ServiceNow architecture, including the use of AI (GenAI) and automation.

Your tasks

• Building a consistent ITSM model and optimizing processes through automation

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in ServiceNow (architecture / development / implementations)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA is a plus) and experience working in a regulated environment
• Experience designing secure integrations and solutions for organizations with high compliance requirements
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: at least 3 days a week from the office for Warsaw residents, at least 1 day a week for those outside Warsaw
• Required to be located in Poland and fluent in Polish
