Job summary

ALTEN Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, implement, and optimize ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable ITSM capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ServiceNow development, hands-on ITSM experience, and strong API integration skills. CSA certification is a strong advantage, ITIL knowledge is a plus, and a track record of compliant governance is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM.
• CSA certification preferred.
• Experience with integrations and REST APIs.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Implement and enhance core ITSM modules, including Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform platform customization and scripting; ensure governance and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ITSM solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Implement and enhance core ITSM modules, including:
• Change Management
• Request Management
• Service Catalog
• Knowledge Management
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform platform customization and scripting
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
• Experience with integrations and REST APIs
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• CIS-ITSM certification will be considered a strong advantage
