Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to own the platform architecture within a major transformation initiative. You will define governance, drive the roadmap, and ensure scalable, secure ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD solutions.

The role offers fully remote work from Poland or a hybrid setup from Warsaw, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Platform Owners. A CSA and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and architecture.
• 7+ years in compliance or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, ITSM, GRC, HRSD; secure integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern ServiceNow platform architecture for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Align architecture with business objectives and enterprise standards.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a major transformation initiative and take ownership of the ServiceNow platform architecture.

• Define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Align platform architecture with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive the platform roadmap and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and design review processes.
• Lead solution design across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD.
• Own the CMDB and CSDM strategy, ensuring data quality and platform consistency.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with Platform Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and key stakeholders to support strategic platform development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow architecture.
• 7+ years of experience working in compliance, audit, or regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow implementation, best practices, secure integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Experience with platform governance, enterprise architecture, CMDB/CSDM, and design authority processes.
• Knowledge of Git, BMC Discovery, and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS GRC, CIS SecOps, CTA, or CMA certifications are considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Professional proficiency in English; German proficiency is preferred.
