Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking experienced ServiceNow Engineers/Developers to join our engineering and IT services teams in Poland. You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with ITSM, CSM, IRM, and AI-driven capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, scripting, and workflow automation, plus CSA/CIS certifications or equivalents. We offer long-term cooperation and opportunities to work across branches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong ITSM, CSM, IRM, and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and workflow automation.
• Certifications: CSA, CIS, or equivalent

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ServiceNow Engineers / Developers

We seek experienced ServiceNow Engineers / Developers with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and implementation.

The ideal candidate brings a technical background in:

• Hands-on engineering under the Platform Architect & Engineering Lead Strong platform knowledge and implementation experience across ITSM, CSM, IRM, Agentic AI, and Generative AI capabilities

You will play a key role in:

• Designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions


• Implementing and integrating ITSM, CSM, IRM, and AI-driven capabilities


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform solutions


• Ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development and customization

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation


• Solid understanding of ITSM, CSM, IRM, and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem


• Experience with ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and workflow automation


• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent
