Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the team delivering across Europe and the U.S. You will work on ITSM/ITOM/IRМ modules, contribute to risk and compliance workflows, and drive automation through scripting and integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, SRM.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module: Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and compliance in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, controls, KRIs, and IRM dashboards.
• Polish and English fluency; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation.
• Taking part in testing and deployment activities.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Performing administration, configuration, and integration tasks in ServiceNow.
• Identifying automation opportunities to enhance end-user experience.
• Developing scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Creating and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and REST/SOAP services.
• Validating the technical solution before deployment.

Your tasks

• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
