Job summary

Sii Poland's ServiceNow team delivers services to clients across Europe and the United States, building and enhancing platforms.

You will work on Incident, Problem, Change, ITSM/ITOM, and IRM modules, with a focus on risk and compliance. Strong analytical skills and fluent Polish and English are required, and residence in Poland is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request.
• Experience with IRM module: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and compliance in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and dashboards in IRM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; Polish and English fluency; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Configure platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Perform administration, configuration, security, data management, and integration tasks in ServiceNow.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance end-user experience.
• Develop scripts in Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages.
• Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Set up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP.
• Validate the technical solution before deployment.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
