Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the team working on multiple projects across Europe. You will configure and extend the ServiceNow platform, implement workflows, integrations, and dashboards, and support testing and deployments.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and strong analytical, communication, English, and Polish language skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in SCRUM events, and help mentor junior teammates

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English; fluent Polish required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in review sessions; analyze development needs and attend SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and technical solution validation prior to deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow including configuration, security, data management, workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and reviews.
• Develop solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Provide testing, deployment support, and mentor less-experienced team members.

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication

• Residing in Poland required
