Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant with French and ServiceNow expertise to lead complex digital transformation initiatives in an international setting. Qualifications

• Senior commercial experience in IT Project Management, digital transformation, or management consulting.
• Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow (implementations, integrations, migrations, or enhancements).
• French at C1/C2 level – fluent written and spoken.
• English at least B2+, preferably C1.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex IT and digital transformation projects, including initiatives involving ServiceNow.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, external vendors, and executive management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report status to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions.
• Manage scope changes, priorities, and expectations.
• Support change management and ensure adoption of delivered solutions.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management depending on requirements.

Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant with French and ServiceNow experience to join our team and support complex digital transformation initiatives in an international environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, hands‑on experience with ServiceNow-related projects, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

This is a full-time freelance project with a 1-year contract.

Requirements:

• Senior commercial experience in IT Project Management, digital transformation, or management consulting, preferably within an international organisation or consulting environment.

• Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow, including implementations, integrations, migrations, or platform enhancements.

• French at C1/C2 level – fluent professional communication, both written and spoken.

• English at least B2+ level, preferably C1.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Practical experience in:

• Project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID).
• Scope management and change control.
• Stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Vendor and third-party management.
• Project governance, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
