Job summary

Vaillant Group Business Services Poland is searching for a ServiceNow Developer/Specialist to shape the central ServiceNow platform and optimize ITSM/ITOM/CMDB workflows. You will implement automations, integrations via REST APIs, and support platform upgrades.

The role requires several years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and a hands-on, autonomous, solution-oriented mindset. English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Specialist.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style in agile international teams.
• Analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset, team-oriented and with initiative.
• Very good English; German knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

• In this role, you actively shape the further development and stable operation of the central ServiceNow platform of the Vaillant Group.
• You develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow applications and processes with a clear focus on developer activities.
• You work with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB as well as Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM).
• In addition, you design and implement automations, workflows, and business logic to sustainably reduce manual effort.
• You realize integrations with connected systems (e.g. infrastructure, monitoring, or asset systems) using REST APIs and web services.
• You support the continuous development and quality assurance of the CMDB, including data models, relationships, and governance.
• You closely collaborate with international IT teams, architects, and business departments to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
• You support platform upgrades, releases, and continuous improvements of the ServiceNow environment.
