Job summary

Vaillant Group is seeking an O2C Rollout Manager to drive transformation and standardization of Order-to-Cash processes across international teams. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement scalable O2C solutions and ensure timely, quality outcomes.

The role requires several years in O2C or related transformation projects, strong project and stakeholder management, and fluency in English to engage with global teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in Order-to-Cash, business transformation, process management, ERP implementations, or international rollout projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; good understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and standardization.
• Nice to have SAP transformations, shared service environments, global process harmonization initiatives, or change management methodologies.
• Proactive, structured professional who collaborates across cultures and drives change.
• Fluent in English with ability to engage with international stakeholders across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of standardized Order-to-Cash processes across multiple countries, business units, and functions.
• Coordinate rollout activities with interdisciplinary teams, align stakeholders, and ensure objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Analyze business requirements and existing process landscapes to identify optimization opportunities and support scalable O2C solutions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change activities while enabling smooth transitions into new ways of working.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, user enablement, and sustainable process adoption across the organization.
• Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives to create a consistent customer experience and strengthen operational excellence.

In your role as O2C Rollout Manager, you will play a key role in driving the transformation and standardization of Order-to-Cash processes across an international organization. • You will lead the successful implementation and rollout of standardized Order-to-Cash processes across multiple countries, business units, and functions.
• Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will coordinate rollout activities, align stakeholders, and ensure that project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
• By analyzing business requirements and existing process landscapes, you will identify optimization opportunities and support the adoption of efficient and scalable O2C solutions.
• Your responsibilities will include managing risks, dependencies, and change activities while ensuring smooth transitions into new ways of working.
• Working closely with business and technology experts, you will facilitate knowledge transfer, user enablement, and sustainable process adoption across the organization.
• Through your contribution to strategic transformation initiatives, you will help create a consistent customer experience and strengthen operational excellence throughout the company
