Vaillant Group in Katowice-Warsaw seeks an L2O Process Manager to shape end-to-end Lead-to-Order processes across international units.

You will drive optimization, translate business requirements into practical improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable value for customers and colleagues in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in process management, business transformation, or operational excellence with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and process optimization expertise.
• Experience with process frameworks or enterprise applications is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Lead-to-Order processes across international units.
• Analyze process landscapes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical process improvements with stakeholders.

• Together with cross-functional teams, you drive the continuous improvement and harmonization of Lead-to-Order processes across international business units.

• By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical experts, you translate business requirements into practical process improvements.

• Through data-driven insights and performance monitoring, you ensure process transparency and actively support decision-making and continuous improvement activities.
• Working in an international environment, you facilitate knowledge sharing and foster strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful process adoption and change management.
