Job summary

Vaillant Group Business Services Poland is seeking a Senior Developer / Solution Architect to design scalable frontend and middleware architectures that meet our business needs. You will collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, integrated digital solutions that enhance user experience.

You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to full-stack development teams, conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code, and stay updated on emerging

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Developer or Solution Architect with software architecture principles.
• Hands-on work with frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Java or similar).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and secure, scalable solutions.
• Nice to have German or Polish language skills, Design Thinking, and Agile experience.

• You will create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, design patterns, and guidelines, to facilitate effective knowledge sharing.

• Qualification: You will bring proven experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect with a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience: Your background includes working with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with backend expertise in Java or similar languages.
• Know-how and skills: Your expertise covers cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and event-driven architectures, enabling robust and scalable solutions.
• Nice to have: Additional skills such as German or Polish language skills, experience with Design Thinking or Agile methodologies, and advanced security knowledge are beneficial.
• Personality: You are a communicative, collaborative team player who values mentorship, approaches challenges with enthusiasm, and adapts easily to diverse teams.
• Language skills: Fluent English is essential; proficiency in German and/or Polish is a plus to support our international environment.
