Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Business Analyst to support the governance, risk, and compliance capabilities in ServiceNow, including Third-Party Risk Management and Privacy. The role is remote from Poland with long-term cooperation.

You will gather requirements, run workshops with stakeholders across risk, compliance, legal and security, and drive improvements while enabling ongoing platform ownership post-go-live.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
• Experience within Risk, Compliance, Audit, TPRM, and Privacy domains.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Experience working with external implementation partners.
• Experience with greenfield ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to balance implementation activities with long-term platform ownership
• Advanced English - at least B2+/C1

• Manage enhancement requests and drive continuous platform improvements.
• Support regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance initiatives.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the implementation and operational ownership of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) capabilities, including Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Privacy.

Remote work (from any location in Poland)
