ALTEN Polska, a global engineering and IT services leader, seeks a DevOps-focused professional to join our Kraków team on a full-time basis. You will build and support cloud-based environments for internal projects, automate workflows, and ensure systems remain compliant while optimizing delivery processes.

Ideal candidates bring strong DevOps discipline, Linux administration experience, and proficiency with CI/CD tools in an Agile setting.

Competenze

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in DevSecOps principles and tools.
• Experience of Linux administration and scripting (preferably Red Hat).
• Experience with CI/CD and continuous testing tools.
• Automation scripting using Terraform, Ansible, etc.

What You’ll Do

• DevOps delivery, including the buildout and maintenance of environments to support internal projects
• Build and maintain large scale cloud-based systems
• Automate workflows and processes, especially those related to keeping systems compliant and up to date
• Operational management including root cause analysis for major or repeat incidents and management of service delivery, troubleshooting complex issues and building root cause remediation plans

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working within an Agile environment
• Strong proficiency in DevSecOps principles and tools
• Experience of Linux administration and scripting preferably Red Hat
• Experience of working with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and continuous testing tools
• Automation scripting (using scripting languages such as Terraform, Ansible etc.)
• Ansible Tower / Ansible scripts, Jenkins, Terraform, Airflow
• GKE, GCE, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, SQL, Hadoop, ElasticSearch, Network
