Job summary

Termagroup in Poland is seeking a professional with higher technical education and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company. You will be responsible for cooperation with the Quality Department, customer service for service orders, and performing complaint analyses.

Job description

Responsibilities

• ongoing cooperation with the Quality Department and Production Engineers and other teams in the organization,
• customer service in the field of service orders,
• performing complaint analyses,
• preparing the necessary documentation and working in the MS Dynamics AX system,
• preparing complaint reports, proposing and supervising corrective and preventive actions,
• participation in internal and external technical audits.

Requirements

• higher technical education, preferred: Mechanics and Machine Design or related,
• at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company,
• knowledge of technical drawing, materials science, metalworking,
• experience as a designer is welcome,
• ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients,
• ability to think analytically and set priorities,
• communication skills and teamwork orientation,
• inquisitiveness and creative approach in searching for new solutions,
• knowledge of ERP software (e.g. MS Dynamics AX) is welcome,
• good knowledge of foreign languages (English, German, French or Russian is welcome).
