Computacenter in Poznań is seeking a Service Coordinator to own incidents and service requests end-to-end, coordinating across field engineers, logistics partners and internal teams to meet service levels. The role offers hybrid work and exposure to international customers.

The ideal candidate will have German and English language skills at B2 level, strong organizational abilities, and experience with ticketing/workflow platforms.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English at least B2.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of incidents and requests through lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineers, logistics, partners and vendors.
• Ensure delivery in line with service levels and contracts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in service tools.
• Support continuous service improvement.
