METTLER TOLEDO is hiring for a Service Administration Specialist to join our Service Administration team in a back-office role. You will manage service contracts and support long-lasting relationships with customers.

The position emphasizes accuracy, data management, and timely billing for services, repairs, and installations. Hybrid work arrangement is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

Very good knowledge of German (min B2 level).
Good knowledge of English.
Well-developed MS Office skills.
Quick perception and excellent attention to detail.
Focus on time frames and ability to work according to clearly defined rules.
Previous experience in similar positions would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries.
Process customer complaints and ensure accuracy of invoices and reports.
Process service orders and ensure timely billing for services, repairs, and installations.
Manage customer data and update the system with technician or customer information.
Manage service contracts and electronic archiving of documents.
