Job summary

Cytiva in Poland is seeking an Inside Service Sales Specialist to grow direct sales and profit margins for contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital offerings. The role blends home-based territory management with collaboration across the Eastern Europe, Middle East and emerging markets team.

You will build relationships with key customer stakeholders, maintain a robust sales funnel, and use Salesforce to support forecasting and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Experience in sales or a related commercial role is preferred, ideally in life sciences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.

• Manage a defined territory from a home-based location as part of the Eastern Europe, Middle East and emerging markets team.

The Inside Service Sales Specialist is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, EQS Sales - EMEA Benelux & East Zones and will be an remote role in Poland.

What You Will Do

• Develop, grow, and maintain the service business across service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital products through onsite and remote customer interactions.
• Manage a defined territory from a home-based location as part of the Eastern Europe, Middle East and emerging markets team.
• Collaborate closely with regional service teams, account managers, and hardware sales specialists.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and address service-related needs by identifying customer pain points and developing mutually agreeable solutions using the service portfolio.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel to support accurate forecasting and business growth.

Who You Are

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish.
• Proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related commercial role is preferred. Candidates from the life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or service sectors are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Experience using customer relationship management tools, with Salesforce preferred, and an understanding of all aspects of the sales process.
