Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher's life sciences portfolio, seeks an Inside Service Sales Specialist to grow direct sales and margins within assigned accounts. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, EQS Sales - EMEA Benelux & East Zones and will be remote in Poland.

You will develop service contracts, spare parts, regulatory and digital products, while collaborating with regional teams and maintaining a healthy sales funnel. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken.
Additional language is a plus.
Experience in sales, customer service, or related commercial roles is preferred.
Candidates from life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or service sectors are encouraged to apply.
Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred, and understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities

Develop, grow, and maintain the service business across contracts, spare parts, regulatory and digital products through onsite and remote customer interactions.
Manage a defined territory from a home-based location as part of the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and emerging markets team.
Collaborate with regional service teams, account managers, and hardware sales specialists.
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and address service needs by identifying pain points and developing mutually agreeable solutions.
Maintain a robust sales funnel to support accurate forecasting and business growth.
