Job summary

Cytiva in Poland is seeking an Inside Service Sales Specialist to grow direct sales and profit margins for contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital offerings. The role blends home-based territory management with collaboration across the Eastern Europe, Middle East and emerging markets team.

You will build relationships with key customer stakeholders, maintain a robust sales funnel, and use Salesforce to support forecasting and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Experience in sales or a related commercial role is preferred, ideally in life sciences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and maintain service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital products through onsite and remote customer interactions.
• Manage a defined territory from a home-based location as part of the Eastern Europe, Middle East and emerging markets team.
• Collaborate closely with regional service teams, account managers, and hardware sales specialists.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and address service-related needs with the service portfolio.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel to support accurate forecasting and business growth.
