Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking an Inside Service Sales Specialist to grow direct sales and service revenue in Poland from a home-based, remote role. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders and expand service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital offerings.

You should be fluent in English and Polish, with sales or customer-service experience and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

Fluency in written and spoken English.
Fluency in written and spoken Polish.
Proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
Experience in sales, customer service, or a related commercial role is preferred.
Experience using customer relationship management tools, with Salesforce preferred, and an understanding of all aspects of the sales process.

Responsibilities

Develop, grow, and maintain the service business across service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital products through onsite and remote customer interactions.
Manage a defined territory from a home-based location as part of the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and emerging markets team.
Collaborate closely with regional service teams, account managers, and hardware sales specialists.
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and address service-related needs by identifying customer pain points and developing mutually agreeable solutions using the service portfolio.
Maintain a robust sales funnel to support accurate forecasting and business growth.
