Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an Inside Service Sales Specialist to expand direct sales and margins within assigned accounts, remotely in Poland. You will develop service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital services while collaborating with regional teams and account managers.

The role requires fluent English and Polish, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and a background in sales or customer service within life sciences or healthcare sectors. This is a remote position in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage customer relationships and pipeline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and maintain service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital services.
• Manage a defined territory from a home-based location in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and emerging markets.
• Collaborate with regional service teams, account managers, and hardware sales specialists.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and identify service-related needs.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel and accurate forecasting for growth.
