Orange Group's Service Infrastructure & Shared Applications team seeks a proactive IT professional to support internal users of cybersecurity platforms. You will handle onboarding, access management, and ticket routing within a hybrid work model across international projects.

Ideal candidates have a IT degree, English and Polish fluency, basic Linux and Docker knowledge, and familiarity with Ansible/Puppet and PowerShell. Training and career growth are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems, containerization (Docker), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), and scripting (PowerShell).
• Good written communication and ability to empathize with users.
• Cross-cultural awareness to support an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of contact (L1/L1.5) for internal users of cybersecurity platforms; ticket-based, no phone or email support.
• Handle onboarding, user and role management, platform-level changes, password and MFA resets.
• Manage user accounts and access rights across platforms and shared apps (e.g., ServiceNow, Fusion Central).
• Qualify, prioritize, and dispatch incoming tickets; route to the right engineer or team.
• Take dispatcher duty in rotation and monitor queues to balance workload.
