Job summary

CoreWeave in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer, Server Infrastructure to own server hardware across its lifecycle and to automate firmware and lifecycle management. You will build monitoring and alerting for fleet-scale hardware and collaborate with data centre operations and OEMs to drive robust platform solutions.

You will bring 5+ years in hardware or infrastructure engineering, strong Python or Ansible skills, and deep knowledge of BMCs, Redfish/IPMI, Linux, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of professional hardware, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience in data centres or cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of server hardware and fleet management technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or Ansible with hands-on experience interacting with server BMCs (Redfish preferred).
• Experience collaborating with hardware vendors and OEMs to evaluate and deploy server solutions.
• Experience supporting production infrastructure and on-call rotations with incident RCA.

Responsibilities

• Own server hardware lifecycle from provisioning through decommission.
• Automate hardware and firmware lifecycle management services.
• Build monitoring and alerting systems for fleet hardware.
• Lead qualification and bring-up for new server platforms.
• Collaborate with data centre operations, vendors, and OEMs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on hardware and firmware failures.
• Support new region bring-ups and participate in on‑call rotation.
