CoreWeave in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer, Server Infrastructure to own server hardware across its lifecycle and to automate firmware and lifecycle management. The Warsaw team is CoreWeave’s EMEA hub for Hardware Compute, focusing primarily on CoreWeave Omni—our model for deploying and operating the CoreWeave Cloud Platform inside customer- and partner-owned data centres. We build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure behind server hardware systems, where provisioning, firmware management, and hardware telemetry are first-class engineering challenges across diverse platforms and vendor configurations.
As a Hardware Engineer, Server Infrastructure, you will own server hardware across its entire lifecycle from provisioning through decommission, balancing hands‑on engineering with operational support. You will automate hardware and firmware lifecycle management services, build monitoring and alerting systems, and lead qualification and bring‑up for new server platforms. Partnering with data centre operations teams, server vendors, and OEMs, you will perform deep root‑cause analysis on complex hardware and firmware failures to drive long‑term resolution and manage RMAs. Additionally, you will serve as the senior point of contact for hardware escalations across EMEA and APAC, support new region bring‑ups, participate in an on‑call rotation, and feed operational insights back into system automation and platform design.

We’re hiring across multiple levels. Typical cash compensation ranges from ~262,000–350,000 PLN, with additional performance based bonus & equity that can significantly increase total compensation. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
