Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Hardware Engineer, GPU Infrastructure in Warsaw to own GPU health and interconnect health across the fleet. You will automate GPU diagnostics, build monitoring/alerting, and partner with data center ops, server OEMs and vendors like NVIDIA to drive long‑term fixes.

You will also participate in on‑call rotations and regional bring‑ups. The role requires 4+ years in hardware/infrastructure roles in data centers or HPC, strong Linux and PCIe skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in hardware, infrastructure, or HPC roles in data centers.
• 2+ years supporting data center GPUs (H100+), NVLink/InfiniBand.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware and PCIe devices.
• Proficiency in Python or Ansible; Redfish/IPMI.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana for observability.
• Ability to document well and communicate in English.

Responsibilities
