Job summary

CoreWeave is expanding its Warsaw-based EMEA hardware engineering team. The Hardware Engineer, Server Infrastructure, will own server hardware across its lifecycle, automate hardware and firmware lifecycle management, and develop monitoring for fleet-scale infrastructure.

You will work with data center operations, server vendors, and OEMs to resolve root causes and drive durable improvements, including participate in on-call rotations and regional bring-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in hardware/infrastructure/platform engineering within data centre, cloud, or HPC environments.
• Deep understanding of server hardware and fleet management technologies.
• Experience with Python or Ansible and interacting with server BMCs via Redfish/IPMI.

Responsibilities

• Own server hardware across its lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning.
• Automate hardware and firmware lifecycle management services.
• Build monitoring and alerting systems for hardware platforms.
• Lead qualification and bring‑up for new server platforms.
• Collaborate with data centre operations teams, vendors, and OEMs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on complex hardware/firmware failures.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide incident escalation support.
