Motorola Solutions is seeking a data analytics professional in Poland to drive web analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights for marketing initiatives. You will work within Market Intelligence - Data Analytics Team to monitor traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using GA4, BigQuery, and visualization tools.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, strong SQL skills, and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for CRO and paid media

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Web Analytics or Marketing Analytics.
• Advanced GA4 architecture, BigQuery exports, and modern web data collection.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report website traffic, user journeys, conversions and campaign performance.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio and Tableau for KPIs with stakeholders.
