Job summary

HeadHR in Kraków, Poland is seeking an analytics-focused professional to strategize, implement, and scale tracking and reporting capabilities. You will work with GA4, Google Tag Manager and data layers to support commercial KPIs and data accuracy.

You will collaborate with developers and marketing teams, provide training on GA4 reporting, and ensure high-quality data for decision-making.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with 3rd party marketing analytics tools such as Facebook Pixel, conversion APIs, App marketing SDK, etc.
Experience with Server-Side Tracking.
Experience with data warehouses/lakes, BigQuery, SuperMetrics, Braze, etc.
Practical knowledge of HTML and common Web publishing technologies.
Comfortable working with data, analysis and reporting.
Team player with proactive nature and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Strategize around best-in-class analytics and insights setups and prepare for scaling of data/reporting capabilities.
Implementation of Tag Management setups (mainly Google Tag Manager).
Specify data layer requirements to our developers, support implementation and validate it.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality tracking that supports commercial KPIs.
Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize tracking setups.
Establish and systematically perform processes to assess and validate data accuracy.
Provide training to the marketing team on best practices of using GA4 reports.
