Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Junior Operations Manager B2B to own the end-to-end B2B order fulfilment process at our Robakowo fulfilment center in Poland. You will work with a small team to ensure on-time distribution, high delivery quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Care, Tech/IT, and Planning.

The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse operations, strong English skills, and a sharp analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end B2B order fulfilment, from product availability verification to dispatch.
• Monitor product availability, backlog, and ageing to mitigate bottlenecks.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee order accuracy and customer compliance.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimise errors.
• Track operational KPIs including delivery quality and warehouse productivity.
• Leverage automation and smart processes to enhance warehouse efficiency and fulfilment reliability.
