Job summary

Westwing is hiring a Junior Operations Manager B2B for its Robakowo Fulfilment Center, Poland. You will own the end-to-end B2B order fulfilment, coordinating with inward/outward teams to ensure on-time dispatch and high delivery quality.

You will monitor product availability and backlog, perform quality checks, and drive root-cause analysis to minimise errors and cancellations. Collaboration with Customer Care, Tech/IT, and Planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and end-to-end order fulfilment processes.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and root causes.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end B2B order fulfilment with inbound/outbound teams.
• Monitor availability, backlog, and ageing to prevent bottlenecks.
• Perform quality checks for order accuracy and completeness.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs like delivery quality and warehouse productivity.
• Leverage automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
