Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager in Wrocław to lead several Fund Accounting teams responsible for NAV calculations, property reviews, and cash management for a diverse client base.

The role demands strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication, and proven ability to drive change within a global organization. You will manage resources, ensure policy compliance, and guide teams through regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing fund administration teams.
• Proven management ability in a global organization with multiple teams and clients.
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple Fund Accounting teams delivering NAV calculations and cash management for various clients.
• Oversee unit financials and staffing to meet goals and objectives.
• Lead NAV determination processes across funds and sectors in each cycle.
• Manage client relationships and resolve complex fund accounting issues.
• Set priorities for disclosures and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
