Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Regulatory Analysis and Reporting Manager to join our team in Wroclaw. You will support a broad monitoring program, ensure regulatory compliance, and produce trustee reports for funds at period ends.

You will help streamline Safekeeping for AIFs, mentor staff, and contribute to team objectives while coordinating with custodians, fund managers, and their delegates. A strong background in private equity/real estate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in business/legal related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program across Custodians and Fund Managers.
• Produce Trustee reports for funds for each period and/or year-end.
• Drive operational efficiencies and streamline Safekeeping for AIFs to increase cost savings and output quality.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
