Job summary

MBCOM Technologies, a VMware by Broadcom representative, seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver VMware Cloud Foundation 9 solutions for enterprise customers across regions. You will implement, configure, validate, and support VCF environments, working with Technical Leads, Architects, and project teams.

The role combines hands-on engineering with customer workshops, solution design, and documentation. You will drive modernization initiatives, migrations, and private cloud projects while expanding

Qualifications

• Hands-on VMware experience required.
• Experience delivering VMware Cloud Foundation projects.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) projects from implementation through validation and production handover.
• Execute technical designs and implementation plans provided by Technical Leads and Architects.
• Install, configure, validate, and troubleshoot VMware solutions within customer environments.
• Participate in discovery workshops, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
• Support the deployment and integration of VMware technologies, including VCF 9, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF Operations, Automation, HCX, and VKS.
• Perform health checks, upgrades, migrations, and operational optimization activities.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project delivery.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to ensure successful adoption and operational readiness.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with peers and junior consultants.
• Support effort estimation, technical reviews, and pre‑sales activities when required.
