Job summary

Frontex in Warsaw seeks a Video Conferencing Specialist to manage enterprise AV solutions end-to-end, from design to daily operation. You will run onsite services at Frontex HQ and ensure reliable, secure audio/video collaboration across Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and related hardware.

The role requires 4 years IT experience (2 in AV), English C1, and security clearance from day 45. You will document SOPs, monitor services and support end users, with a strong focus on availability and quality.

Qualifications

4 years IT experience (2 years in relevant roles).
Security clearance required (Confidential UE/EU) from day 45.
Level 4 education minimum.
English language at C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of large-scale AV solutions.
Daily administration of the AV service.
Daily monitoring of the AV service.
Daily troubleshooting of the AV service.
Supporting end users in the daily use of the AV service.
Maintaining up-to-date documentation including SOPs, policies, user manuals, knowledge base articles.
Advising and implementing configuration improvements to maximise availability, usability and security.
