Job summary

Thewhiteam is seeking a Video Conferencing Specialist for full onsite work at Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw. The role involves managing and supporting large-scale AV conferencing solutions, with emphasis on Cisco Webex and enterprise grade hardware.

Required are 4 years of IT experience (2 in relevant roles), C1 English, and a security clearance. Travel allowances are provided for occasional travel over the 48-month mission.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise AV conferencing hardware and software.
• Experience in design, deployment, administration, maintenance and support of AV solutions.
• Strong routing, switching and QoS knowledge for AV services.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of large-scale AV conferencing solutions across the service lifecycle.
• Daily administration of the AV conferencing service.
• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the AV service.
• Support end users in daily use of the AV system.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including SOPs and manuals.
• Propose configuration improvements to maximise availability, usability and security.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Profile:

Video Conferencing Specialist (Modern digital workplace, audio video conferencing hardware and software (Cisco terminals: Cisco Boards, Cisco Room Kits, Cisco Room Bars, Microsoft Surface Hubs, Cisco Webex Meetings, Microsoft Teams, CUCM, Webex Control Hub etc.) - Level Standard.

Place of performance:

full onsite service provision at Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw.

Duration of the mission:

48 months.

Travel:

Only in exceptional cases (4.500€ x4years for travel expenses).

Security Clearance:

Is required (required from day 45 of assignment) - CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL.

Minimum level of education:

Level 4.

Minimum English language skills:

C1.

Minimum IT relevant experience:

4 years (2 years in relevant roles).

Award Criteria:

50% Price / 50% Quality.

Minimum required scoring for interview:

70%.

Rate:

235€/day NWH; 304€/day EWH; 4,3€/hour OnC.

• NWH: 220days x 4 years.
• EWH: 20days x 4 years.
• OnC: 1530h x 4 years.

• End-to-end management of the large scale audio video conferencing solutions thru the complete service lifecycle.
• Daily administration of the audio video conferencing service.
• Daily monitoring of the audio video conferencing service.
• Daily troubleshooting of the audio video conferencing service.
• Supporting end users in the daily use of the audio video conferencing service.
• Maintaining up to date documentation including policies, technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
• Advising, proposing and implementing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades to maximise solution availability, usability and security and to follow the latest technology trends.
• Other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor.
