Job summary

Thewhiteam is seeking a Video Conferencing Specialist for full onsite work at Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw. The role involves managing and supporting large-scale AV conferencing solutions, with emphasis on Cisco Webex and enterprise grade hardware.

Required are 4 years of IT experience (2 in relevant roles), C1 English, and a security clearance. Travel allowances are provided for occasional travel over the 48-month mission.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise AV conferencing hardware and software.
• Experience in design, deployment, administration, maintenance and support of AV solutions.
• Strong routing, switching and QoS knowledge for AV services.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of large-scale AV conferencing solutions across the service lifecycle.
• Daily administration of the AV conferencing service.
• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the AV service.
• Support end users in daily use of the AV system.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including SOPs and manuals.
• Propose configuration improvements to maximise availability, usability and security.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
