Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland seeks an experienced AV professional to manage large-scale conferencing solutions end to end. You will handle daily administration, monitoring, and end-user support, while maintaining comprehensive SOPs and documentation.

The role requires strong IT experience, Level 4 education, C1 English, and hands-on Cisco Webex Control Hub expertise. You will work in a demanding environment with a focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and practical experience with enterprise AV conferencing hardware and software.
• Strong routing, switching and QoS understanding for AV services.
• Excellent knowledge and admin experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub.
• Ability to create and maintain solution documentation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of large-scale AV conferencing solutions across the service lifecycle.
• Daily administration of the AV conferencing service.
• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the AV service.
• Support end users in daily usage of the AV conferencing service.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including SOPs and knowledge base articles.
• Propose configuration improvements to maximize availability, usability and security.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge

• Excellent practical knowledge of enterprise class audio video conferencing solutions: hardware and software
• Experience in the large scale design, deployment, administration, maintenance and support of the enterprise class audio video conferencing solutions
• Excellent knowledge of routing, switching and quality of audio video services

Typical tasks and responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the large scale audio video conferencing solutions thru the complete service lifecycle
• Daily administration of the audio video conferencing service
• Daily monitoring of the audio video conferencing service
• Daily troubleshooting of the audio video conferencing service
• Supporting end users in the daily use of the audio video conferencing service
• Maintaining up to date documentation including policies, technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
• Advising, proposing and implementing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades to maximise solution availability, usability and security and to follow the latest technology trends
• Other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor
