InPost is seeking an experienced UX designer to lead consumer-focused design across web and mobile apps, with emphasis on InPost Pay and financial services. You’ll shape the user experience for customers in across Europe, balancing local market needs with scalable global design systems.

You’ll conduct user research, craft flows and wireframes, produce high-fidelity visuals in Figma, and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design
• Experience with financial services (fintech)
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow
• Experience with prototyping tools; we use Figma
• Strong English and Polish language skills
• Experience working with B2B users
• Autonomous in agile environments

Responsabilités

• Be the voice of our users and solve complex problems to define and improve the user experience for a range of digital platforms including websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.
• Conduct user researches to understand customer needs and define opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.
• Create high fidelity mock-ups of visual designs consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the cross functional team including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of design solutions.
• Advocate to stakeholders and educate them on inclusive and accessible design practices.
• Support the design team by actively participating in meetings, providing constructive critique feedback, and offering support to fellow designers when necessary.
• Use a data-informed approach to design by defining and tracking key metrics, and clearly communicating how design decisions drive user and business impact.
