Job summary

InPost Group seeks an experienced, entrepreneurial UX designer to reinvent customer-facing solutions for InPost Pay across markets. You will focus on financial products, collaborating with a small team on payments, subscriptions, and future financial services.

You will lead user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and advocate inclusive, accessible design. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment to deliver best-in-class experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design.
• Experience with financial services/fintech projects is a plus.
• Advanced English; fluent Polish.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in an Agile, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of our users and solve complex problems to improve user experience across digital platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for feedback.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions on time.
• Advocate inclusive and accessible design practices.
