Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an experienced UX Designer to elevate customer-facing solutions across multiple markets, with a focus on financial products in InPost Pay. You will partner with product managers and developers to define user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile apps.

You will lead research, craft flows and wireframes, and deliver high-fidelity visuals that adhere to brand guidelines while advocating accessibility and inclusive design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design with strong UI skills
• Experience with financial services (banking/fintech)
• Proven use of AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., Claude) with concrete examples
• Familiarity with B2B products and dynamics
• Strong human-centered design evangelism in cross-functional teams
• Prototyping expertise with tools (Figma)
• Autonomous, agile, fast-paced work style
• Excellent English and Polish language skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of users and solve complex problems across digital platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for feedback.
• Develop high-fidelity visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Advocate inclusive and accessible design practices.
• Support the design team with critique and mentorship.
• Use data-informed design decisions to drive business impact.
