Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an experienced UX designer to improve customer-facing experiences across our platforms, with a focus on InPost Pay and financial services. You will shape design principles and collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong user research, prototyping, and a data-informed approach in a fast-paced, international environment. Hybrid work in Warsaw or Cracow, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product design experience.
• Experience with financial services (banking/fintech).
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
• Preferred experience with B2B UX.
• Fluency in English; Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of our users and solve complex UX problems across web, mobile, and internal tools.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and define opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Produce high fidelity visual designs aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.
