Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial UX designer to enhance customer-facing solutions across more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands. The role will establish design principles and a scalable framework to deliver high-quality, consistent experiences tailored to local markets.

This role focuses on financial products within InPost Pay, collaborating with a small, cross-functional team on payments, subscriptions, and fintech services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product design experience including user research, IA, usability, prototyping, and UI skills.
• Experience with financial services (banking/fintech).
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (Claude or similar).
• Preferred experience with B2B users.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of our users and solve complex problems to define and improve the user experience for a range of digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, and internal tools.
• Conduct user researches to understand customer needs and define opportunities
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.
• Create high fidelity mock-ups of visual designs consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design solutions.
• Advocate inclusive and accessible design practices to stakeholders.
• Support the design team by participating in meetings and providing critique feedback.
• Use data-informed design by defining and tracking key metrics and communicating impact.
